Today I'm sharing my October/Halloween-themed Project Life project on the Mrs Brimbles blog. I'd love for you to stop by and check out my tips, tricks and treats (from a relative beginner to Project Life)!
I'll be back later in the week with another post. Until then, have a fabulous week!
This year I am participating in Ali Edwards' Week in the Life project - a week of documenting the little daily things that happen in our lives. A snapshot, if you will.
I've received my project box and done an unboxing video for! Plus, get a sneak peak at my 'front cover' for the upcoming book. The official start date is August 17th, although I might start on Sunday, August 16th (since I normally document Sunday to Saturday).
Are you participating in a Week in the Life? Let me know in the comments, and don't forget to follow me on Instagram for up-to-date photos of what's going on in my crafty life!
It's been a while since I've been able to upload a video - I was having internet issues during the term holidays and work has been crazy and now I've picked up a cold! All of the above are not conducive to creating content unfortunately.
However, I am committed to getting back on track, starting with this unboxing video, featuring the July Studio Calico "Fairground" Project Life kit and A Beautiful Mess' Messy Box.
I hope everyone's having a great weekend. Stay tuned for more updates, soon!
I had a few subscription boxes come in last week and I've got unboxing videos for each of them!
First up is a brand new subscription - Citrus Twist. I'm trying this one out to see if I prefer it to my Studio Calico subscription. I'm thinking of changing things up for a little while.
Next up is the Messy Box, for which I have a 12 month subscription. I think this is my third or fourth box so far.
Finally, there's the Happie Scrappie Planner Kit. This is the first time I received this kit and it's a lot of fun if you're in to decorating your planner!
What are your favourite subscription services? I've tried loads over the last 12-18 months and I have to say I'm currently enjoying this craftier-based ones. Leave me a message in the comments about the ones you like.
Happy weekend!
I am subscribe monthly to the Studio Calico Project Life kit.
This month's kit - Galileo - is a Summer-themed kit (not super-applicable here in Melbourne where it's currently cold, cold, cold!), with lots of fun cards and embellishments.
I also purchased the Card Kit for this month, too, purely for the gorgeous little bunny in the stamp set.
If you're curious to see what came in both kits, feel free to watch the video below!
I'm currently subscribed to the Messy Box by A Beautiful Mess for $19.99/month (USD) with an additional $3 for shipping because I live in Australia. (And, can I just say, that shipping rate for international subscribers is AMAZING!)
I use this subscription box to supplement my Studio Calico Project Life subscription for my Project Life projects.
This month I did an unboxing on my YouTube channel, so if you're interested, click play below:
Do you subscribe to the Messy Box (or another Project Life subscription box)? How do you find it? What do you like the most?
Leave me a comment with your thoughts!
